Download flash video from any website
Using firfox web browser install the addon given below
Ant.com Video Downloader + Video Player
After restart a download box will appear in the bottom right. When the flash video appears in any website it gets activated and on clicking the video gets downloaded.
Note: Protected videos cannot be downloaded by this way
