Check the usage & balance of free calls with BSNL BB plan

To check usage

Go to bsnl prtal:

http://data.bsnl.in/wps/portal

Enter your portal ID and password.Then under Postpaid Services tab, enter required details and click search

or

Download bbusage software where you can view yourusage just by giving portal id

To get the free calls used
note the meter reading from previous bill.
Call 1962 and get the current meter reading.
find the difference.
that will give you the number of calls you called.
